Does anyone remember when I mentioned that "my" Persian was Alexander Siddig?

I just heard (from Habitual Flippancy on DevArt, if this has been announced elsewhere online I just haven't seen it yet) that he's the Persian in the Big Finish audiobook.

I'm seriously over the moon with joy. And I'm ordering it right now despite the fact that I really shouldn't be buying myself presents.

How often does something like this come true? Now, if only it was visual...

I do not remember you saying that, but I totally agree with you (well him or Oded Fehr). And I'll be buying that as soon as I get paid :D

I haven't seen him in anything but he looks too many for me. Haha. That's probably more accurate, however.

Have you not seem the Mummy? I thought everyone had been made to watch that at some point.

Oded is like the grown up version of Siddig. Siddig still looks 12 even with a beard. Also Oded always seemed more convincingly foreign- Siddig always seemed like a pretty English bloke with a tan :D Probably the after effects of seeing him only in Star Trek.

I did see The Mummy at the drive-in, but got dreadfully bored and fell asleep. Sorry.

I don't like grown-up looking people. Which sound suspiciously like I like children, but what I mean is I always go for the boyish.

And yeah, he did look really not-foreign in ST. But he's made up for that since.

Heh I know what you mean, personally I go for stubble. I have no idea why since I hate it but I always end up liking stubbly guys :p

You mean Siddig? I've liked lots of his movies. Like when he was in that Lawrence of Arabia sequel with Ralph Fiennes.

You keep mentioning him and I keep remembering and then forgetting who he is. Have I mentioned that the main thing I know him from was he had to play an Arab terrorist in 24? But he got better. I mean, he was an idealist!terrorist who realized people weren't fighting for his justice or something. I don't know, but anyway, he was hot. And really really good.

Dude he is SO hot. After LoA we can watch the other movie I have with him that I showed you last night.

He was also in DS9.

I have heard really bad things about race and stuff in 24 but he said in an interview that they did it okay with his character. But I didn't see it, as you know.
