Alaska, day two, part 3: sea lions. Steller Sea Lions, I think. They're a fractious lot, let me tell you; they sound exactly as though Mr. Darcy (the dog) and his girlfriend Sacha have been slowed down while fighting. Our caption knew where they hang out, and we got pretty close, as you'll see--partly because they were worried and sent out young, hale "sentries" to check us out. That's what it seemed like, anyway.

OH, awesome!!!!! Are you way zoomed in? They look so close. I assume this is on the same whale watching voyage?

(As I told you in the living room) I'm not that zoomed in; the lens was not very powerful so we're fairly close. And it's on the same voyage as the birds/whales/glaciers coming up.

Sealions? Wow! Cool! And I think it'd probably be less confusing to just change your ffn name and put "formerly known as" in your bio. I've seen that done lots of times before, so I don't think it'd be a problem in terms of continuity.
