More photos from the train ride to Denali. We took the Alaska Railroad, a slow-ish, sight-seeing train with viewing areas and all that. These were all taking from windows of the moving train.

These are awesome. I love the one of your parents, and the one of your brother. I think you have such a knack for candid pictures. Not just taking them, I mean seeing the beauty in them, so that when you present it here with all these other pretty photos it doesn't just feel like I'm looking at the back of two people's heads. I hope that makes sense, because it's a good photo, too (though you're right about the light).

I always wonder about that type of photo--does it make sense to show anyone, or is it just my family? I realize I also have a habit of taking photos of couples from behind, so it's sort of a theme that I must find interesting. I like to think I'd have taken that anyway, even if I didn't know them, because of the arm and the hair and stuff.

Wouldn't it be cool to do a series of photos that was all couples from behind?

That sounds dirty.

It would be cool. Perhaps too cheesy? But I would love it anyway.

When I was typing my initial reply I had to be very careful about not typing "taking couples from behind." So no worries there.
